King Henry, Lasik, & How To Write A Blog Post.

11.8.15

Hello, things!

As I'm still but a fetus in this vast blogging world, my brainstorming sessions are a little all over el map. This particular one involves me and my two roommates (Kev & R-Slim) sitting around our teensy dining table procrastinating on getting work done by finishing sentences like "Today I...".

"Today I got new eyes."
"Today I learned how to math."
"Today I almost peed my pants."

As you can see, we haven't quite gotten anywhere.

Fun fact of the day - Kevin's optometrist Dr. Kelly has confirmed that the rumors are true: Lasik is gr8. So, for all you Blind-o's out there (like me!)... Lasik is here; Lasik is now (with a 1 percent risk factor). Call 1(800)578-EYES to reshape your cornea now!**

**Discliamer: Don't actually call that number. Consult your primary physician.

In other news, I may have written a song today. Panini presses are a great source of inspiration. Rami learned how to determine the error function of a Tailor series given an interval. (so math.)

A few days ago we added a new member to our plant family. His name is King Henry; he's a venus fly trap. People have always said that you learn a lot from parenting, and it's true! So far we've learned:

     a) Never use tap water, else risk killing your child.
     b) Don't feed the kids more than one bug per week.
     c) Don't get too attached... How fragile life is.

Being a parent is hard when you have to leave your kids in direct sunlight for 8 hours a day. It's also hard when the only liquid your child can consume is rain water. Rami is currently on dinner duty which entails scouting out insects worthy of Henry's consumption. Updates to come.

Well, I suppose that's it for now. Hopefully, I'll get better at this one day, but for the time being: EXPLORE DREAM DISCOVER. There will always be a panini for you.

PeaceNBlessings,
J
